Thanksgiving Prayer To The Eucharist

Jesus present in the Holy Eucharist, I give thanks to You, for the gift of Yourself to me in the form of bread and wine. I ask You today to forgive me all my sins, and the sins of the whole world committed against you; Most especially that of receiving You unworthy, and neglecting Your presence in the Eucharist. I pray that You receive consolation dear Jesus. Jesus present in the Eucharist, please continue to bless and protect me and my family, take away all our sorrows and problems. Amen.
