Prayer Of Forgiveness To Jesus Through Mary

My Mother of perpetual help, I am very sorry for the numerous ways I have offended you and your Son, and made myself unworthy of your perpetual help, love and intercession. I am sorry for the numerous ways I have offended the sacred heart of Jesus and rendering his passion and death useless. I am sorry for always paying back all the good I benefit from you and your Son with evil through my sinfulness and weakness.....I beg for forgiveness and mercy before you, asking you to help me plead before the throne of your divine Son; my king and maker. I pray that you help me obtain mercy even though i am no longer worthy of mercy. I pray for the Grace never to go back to my sins and to dread all kinds of sins both mortal and venial in extreme horror. And I also pray that you help intercede oh mother for the conversion of hardened sins all over the world. Amen
